Experience Aarhus Festival Week from the seaside: Free trash hunt, SUP adventure and Social Sauna
Aarhus Festival is just around the corner, and as always, we are really looking forward to it! This year we are looking forward to it even more, because we are co-organisers. This means that we are inviting the whole of Aarhus to also enjoy the party from the seaside and in the warmth of the sauna at discounted prices or completely free of charge!
Festival week offer: Board hire only 100 kr.
Enjoy Aarhus and the buzzing Festuge atmosphere from the waterside.
Throughout the Festival, we are offering SUP hire at a special, reduced price of 100 kr. per board (standard price 320 kr.)
There follows a iinstructor included, who goes over equipment, technique, safety, and gets you safely out on the board.

Social sauna and cold water tub: Only £95.
Come to Social Sauna in our panoramic sauna with views of Aarhus Marina and Aarhus Ø. We offer a sensory sanctuary, focusing on community in the warmth.
Each session lasts 1 hour, alternating between intense immersion in the sauna and social breaks where you can cool off in the cold plunge pool, with time for a chat and to socialise. During each hourly session, we run a saunagus lasting about 12 minutes. This way, you can get a taste of what saunagus is (in our standard saunagus, we run three rounds of gus)

As always, we wear swimwear in the sauna, and there is the option of indoor changing facilities.
Free litter hunt: SUP event for families
Our skilled instructors teaching both children and adults how to paddleboard, and afterwards we paddle out into the harbour basin to collect plastic and rubbish.
DThere will be prizes for those who collect the most! It is completely free to take part! So come and have a fun day, and do something good for our marine environment at the same time.

If you have your own wetsuits for the children, please bring them along. Otherwise, we have some for those who don't have their own.
We have plenty of adult wetsuits for you too.
