Our saunas in Aarhus are designed as a breathing space in a busy day - both relaxing and energising. You'll be guided through the entire experience, from introduction with a cup of tea to final cooling down.
After each session, we offer complimentary tea, juice and electrolytes to rehydrate the body. The sauna is delicious - but it's also demanding on the body, and we take that into account.
How saunagus works at Surf Agency
The experience lasts 75 minutes and consists of 3 8-minute shower sessions where the shower master uses essential oils and fan techniques to direct heat around the sauna. Each round is accompanied by quiet music, carefully selected to support the mood.
Before the gusher starts, you get:

- Free tea in cosy rooms
- Changing in indoor facilities
In between gus sessions, you can cool off in:
- Cold water tank
- Outdoor shower or cold shower bucket
