HOT TUB HANGOUTS

The outdoor wellness area features two wood-fired hot tubs and a charming barrel sauna. There is also a cold water tub and outdoor showers for extra refreshment.

This is how our HOTTUB HANGOUTS work!

Surf Agency welcomes you to Hottub Hangouts on Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays.

When you arrive, the hot (approx. 38 - 40 C) hot tub, sauna (70-90 C) and cold water tub are ready for you to enjoy for 1.5 hours.

If you like, we're also happy to provide a Saunagus with delicious sauna oils.

Our Hottub Hangouts are a social experience where you have the chance to meet new people and experience a holiday atmosphere in our outdoor wellness and waterfront surf oasis!

We also provide water and a glass of soft drink during your stay 🙂 If you want something else to drink, we also have freshly brewed beer, bubbles and wine in collaboration with our neighbour Hantwerk.

For only 290kr you get access to both hot tubs and barrel sauna for 1.5 hours and you are always welcome to treat yourself to a refreshing dip in our cold tub.

We need at least 5 participants to hold a session. Therefore, your booking may not be confirmed immediately when you request a booking. However, you will be informed via email no later than 2-3 days before the activity whether the booking has been accepted or declined.

Bring swimwear and flip-flops.

Water quality

We are registered as an official swimming pool, which means that we continuously ensure that the chlorine and pH balance is in order in our hot tubs and cold water tubs. In addition, pumps and filters are always running to keep our water clean.

What should we bring?

Bring a swimsuit and towel - possibly bathing shoes and a bathrobe. The latter is not a must, but it can be nice to have.

Changing and shower facilities

We offer changing and shower facilities both indoors and in our cosy surfer garage. Here you'll find mirrors, hairdryers and toilets for your convenience. We have 2 indoor and 4 outdoor showers with both hot and cold water so you can enjoy the fresh weather while having a refreshing experience.

What about the weather?

Sitting in a 40-degree hot tub or open-air sauna takes on an extra dimension in cold and changeable weather. Bad weather enhances the unique atmosphere where the contrast between the warm water and the cold air makes the experience even more special and memorable. The worse the weather, the better the experience. It's a chance to embrace the forces of nature and truly enjoy the special atmosphere that only bad weather can create.

You get everything you could hope for 😀 Lovely saunas with essential oils guided by super staff. During breaks you can get something refreshing and dip yourself in a cold water pool as needed. Super centrally located with a view of Aarhus Ø. Definitely worth a visit. Not the last time I'll be there!

She is a skilled gus master who knows her techniques, but who also manages to create a calm and very safe and warm space. She makes sure everyone is okay along the way and listens to her audience! Sauna Gus at Surf Agency was a success! Both Emil and Michael did a great job with the combination of low, medium, high heat and good scents. There was a good introduction to what was going to happen from both of them.

suited the atmosphere. The surroundings and facilities were good with showers, changing rooms and a cosy little oasis outside with hot tub and sauna. We had a great experience at our SUP event with you! We had a total of 16 participants and there was a great variety of activities, including technique training, surfer flips, water polo and fun relays on the water. It was both challenging and entertaining, and the activities suited our group very well, with both beginners and more experienced participants.

The instructors were really skilful and attentive. They were good at spotting if someone was unsure and provided relevant technique tips or a helping hand if you needed it. This created a safe and comfortable atmosphere on the water. We also appreciated that they took photos along the way, so we have good memories of the day.

After the activities, we cosy up in front of your premises with a beer/soda and talked about the day's experiences. Everyone said it had been a super fun and cosy afternoon, and it seemed like everyone had a great time - regardless of experience.

Thank you so much for a successful experience - we will gladly recommend SURF Agency to others and will gladly return another time!
