Our cooling system ensures that the cold water bath can be cooled down to seven degrees, so you can switch between hot and cold experiences. Our "cold shower" rocker bucket allows you to give your body a quick cold shock.

Rent a SUP board in Aarhus and get all the necessary equipment and a 30-minute introduction to technique and safety included. We'll go through everything you need to know to have a Fun, safe and educational experience with SUP. The price for 2 hours board rental is only 300 kr. per person and includes a SUP hardboard, leash & paddle, wetsuit and life jacket.

The SUP intro course teaches you everything you need to get started with stand up paddleboarding safely. The SUP course is fun and educational and gives you a thorough introduction to the sport. Perfect for those who want to find out if SUP is for you or just want to have a fun and active experience on the water. The course covers the most important elements of SUP and you will learn all the basic SUP techniques. Price: 600,- / participant (2,5 hours)

The private SUP course allows you to book exactly the date and time that suits you best. The private course is a great choice if you want a little extra attention from the instructor, have special needs or simply prefer a private experience on the water with someone you know. The course covers the most important elements of SUP and you will learn all the basic techniques and safety aspects of SUP. Price: 750,- /participant (2 hours)

Get a new and exciting experience on the water as a family. Of course, children should also have the opportunity to try SUP. If you have children younger than 12 years old, we recommend this SUP Family Course. We go through the most important elements of SUP, technique and safety, but also have plenty of time for play and water splashing. Enjoy Stand Up Paddle in one Wonderful community! As a member of our SUP club, you get free access to SUP equipment at your convenience. For only 1500,- kr per year, you get unlimited access to the equipment all year round.
