Find ud af hvordan du kan udnytte ilt, og kuldeeksponering til at optimere din krop og dit sind. Bliv introduceret i den grundlæggende fysiologi bagved. Du kan deltage uden du før har haft nogen form for Wim Hof eller anden åndedræts træning. Vi følger dig tæt hele weekenden og du får rig mulighed for feedback tilpasset din specifikke situation – Uanset om du søger at forbedre mental, fysisk præstation, eller lindre symptomer relateret til sygdom. You’ll learn to improve your focus and determination, helping you explore and eventually master both your body and your mind.


At the workshop, you’ll learn to breathe fully and deeply, improving your health, giving you more energy and reducing stress.
It’s simple – Inhale, Exhale or STOP breathing.


Finally, you will experience how gradual exposure to the cold strengthens your immune system, balances hormone levels and elevates your mood by producing endorphins – the “feel good” chemicals in the brain.

Afholder workshops, 1-on-1, samt ugentlige gruppe hold, for atleter samt mennesker som vil have noget mere ud af dem selv og livet. Birger har en bred Mental og terapeutisk uddannelse bag sig i Chock/Traume release. Han kalder WHM for Next Gen. Mindfulness fordi man kan blive mere mindfull på under 5 min. Men vil så gerne have i bliver ved lidt længere.

We all came to the workshop as strangers. After four hours we all felt a great relationship thanks to Birger’s empathy and energy. With a big heart and a lot of knowledge, Birger teaches the Wim Hof ​​method. He creates a safe atmosphere where we can ask our “stupid” questions, explore the method and push ourselves far beyond our borders. I will remember and talk about this event for a long time. WHM can improve our lives on so many levels and I am so happy that Birger is helping to spread that knowledge.

Absolutely amazing it felt so good to exceed my limit with cold and the heat from the sweat hut. All the indtructors were super helpful and had good energy. The next morning i woke up at 6am and flew out of bed and jumped around with my arms up as i laughed completely silly and my whole body felt reborn. Then i meditated a bit and made the basic protocol, a little horse stand and Then i went outside in my boxer shorts 4 degree temperature february 8, and made the horse stand and just walked around the garden a bit before going in again. I had so much energy that i jumped around fore some time before having to sit down and meditate a little to relax again. 1000 Thanks this is the start of an even better life :-)

Han er super passioneret og inspirerende, og så har han god føling med hvordan holdet som

I was very excited about this course. Going there, my heart already speeded up just by thinking about the cold water filled with ice, and I must admit that I doubted whether I would be able to enter into same. But I actually did much better than I had dared to hope for which was very motivating. I did realize, though, that I REALLY need to learn to BREATH! I will practice this as I am sure it will help me improve my overall health and wellbeing??

“Brain Over Body” – A study on the willful regulation of autonomic function during cold exposure. The defence of body temperature against environmental thermal challenges is a core objective of homeostatic regulation governed by the autonomic nervous system. Autonomous mechanisms of thermoregulation are only weakly affected by top-down modulation, allowing only transient tolerance for extreme cold.
